​The challenge?

Who doesn’t like a delicious cup of coffee made with fresh beans? To keep those beans fresh, they need to be well packed! Dutch Coffee Pack is a specialist in doing so, but to place orders they used online forms and telephone calls. The question was if this could be done more efficiently. And it also had to be visually appealing.

Our solution

To accomplish this, we have created the webshop ‘MY Dutch Coffee Pack’ together with Dutch Coffee Pack. Within this customer portal it is possible to choose the type of packaging, the color, printing and other options. You can then order the packages whitin a few clicks. While ordering, we first connect to the delivery partners system so that the order will be stored in Unit4.

The results

The webshop is a great success! There are many positive reviews from customers. Whitin Dutch Coffee Pack there is way less pressure because most of the ordering process has been taken care of. This results in more time to drink coffee ;)
